Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas in compliance with food safety regulations Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Handle food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and labeling of ingredients Serve guests directly at the counter or through food delivery platforms using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Buss tables and clear dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests Support banquet and event setups by preparing stations and assisting with serving as needed Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is essential Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Prior banquet, catering, or hotel kitchen experience will be advantageous Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are vital Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and customer service principles enhances your fit for this role Demonstrated commitment to food safety practices and guest satisfaction is required Join us to bring energy, passion, and professionalism to our kitchen!
