Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and prepping ingredients.
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Skills:

• Culinary skills: Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and ability to follow recipes, experience with preparing pizza dough and using pizza over preferred.
• Food preparation: Experience in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes
• Food service: Understanding of customer service principles and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety: Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a kitchen setting preferred
• Kitchen equipment operation: Ability to use common kitchen tools and equipment, such as knives, mixers, fryers, and ovens
• Meal preparation: Ability to work efficiently and prepare meals for customers
• Cooking skills: Proficiency in various cooking methods, such as grilling, frying, and baking
