Key responsibilities include:

Assist in the preparation of food in accordance with policies, procedures, and all food safety regulations. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dishwasher. Maintain appropriate stock levels of clean dishware. Deep cleaning heavy equipment and department.
