Catering Position Type:
Full-Time Healthy You Café & Catering is seeking a dependable, energetic, and motivated Catering Chef & Café Team Member to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—preparing fresh food, assisting with catering events, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Prepare fresh café menu items, grab-and-go meals, and catering orders.
- Assist with food prep, cooking, packaging, and presentation.
- Set up, deliver, and execute off-site catering events.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in the café.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle customer transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, café, and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, café, catering, or kitchen experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, and pre-scheduled weekend catering events. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
