We are seeking an experienced and reliable kitchen and Bath helper to join our team. Responsibilities help with all aspects of kitchen and bath remodels, including demolition, cabinetry, tile, flooring, and fixture installation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, trim carpentry, and fixture installation. Assist in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other construction materials on-site. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration. Support the installation of doors, windows, flooring, mold remediation measures, and metal stud framing. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to power tool safety protocols and proper handling of woodworking machines. Assist with demolition, remodeling projects, and site cleanup to ensure smooth workflow progression. Skills Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including residential carpentry, trim work, framing, and tile installation Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately. Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, as well as power tools for woodworking and construction tasks. Familiarity with wood construction materials and the use of woodworking machines. Knowledge of safety procedures related to power tools and heavy lifting activities. Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
