This role helps provide excellent guest service while assisting with food preparation, order taking, cashier duties, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming and safe restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Take customer orders accurately and process POS transactions. Assist with food and beverage preparation according to restaurant standards. Package and serve orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain clean and organized dining, counter, kitchen, and service areas. Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other restaurant supplies. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Respond to customer questions and resolve routine service concerns professionally. Assist team members during busy service periods. Support opening, closing, cleaning, and other daily restaurant tasks. Communicate inventory or equipment issues to supervisors. Follow company policies and maintain a positive team environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Basic cash-handling and POS skills preferred. Strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and customer service. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
