Hours are typically 6am-3:30pm for weekdays, and 6am-2:30 on weekends. Part time and full time positions available. Preference given to experienced candidates, and those with flexible availability, especially weekend availability. This job involves using cooking tools including hot ovens and panini press, carrying loads up to 30lbs, going up/down stairs, and being on your feet for 8+ hours. Pay is commensurate with experience; generally starts at $16/hour plus tips. Must be authorized to work in the US. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards and presentation expectations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, equipment, and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations to prevent contamination Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently in a busy environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling practices is essential Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are vital for success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality!
