Minimum of 12 hours per week. Starting pay is $13 to $15 per hour based on experience. This is not a seasonal position. Job Description The Team Member represents Chick-fil-A by providing 2nd Mile Service to each of our Guests within the restaurant. Job Responsibilities Extending Genuine Hospitality by: Creating moments of personalized care for Guests Treating all Guests with honor, dignity and respect Displaying the Core 4 Applying the HEARD Model when recovering Guests Delivering Great Food by: Separating raw and ready-to-eat foods Keeping hot foods hot and cold foods cold Using date and label stickers consistently Following the recipes per Pathway procedures Honoring all hold times Using LEAN production systems Providing Fast & Accurate Service by: Working with a sense of urgency Confirming orders Double checking bags Providing all needed and requested items Maintaining two-way communication Maintaining a Clean & Safe Environment by: Abiding by the Restaurant Health Policy Following Appearance and Apparel Standards Washing hands frequently and changing gloves between tasks Removing trash and clutter Finding and fixing safety hazards Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting Skills & Requirements T eam Members must meet the following requirements: Positive attitude Exhibit the Core 4 with the Guest and team Teamwork Available to work Friday and Saturday Be 16 years of age or older Ability yo lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time Perks & Benefits $10 daily food allowance.
