We're a locally owned, independent restaurant serving scratch-made food in Downtown Columbia. We stay busy, we work with urgency, and we take pride in putting out great food every single shift. What We're Looking For Reliability is #1. We need people who show up when scheduled, on time, ready to work.

You should be able to:

Work with urgency while maintaining quality Follow recipes, portioning, and food-safety standards Handle a busy kitchen without falling apart when the tickets start rolling Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen Take direction and be willing to learn Be dependable and consistent Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if you have a strong work ethic and actually want to learn.
