Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the dish station to keep service running smoothly. Work fryers and flat-top grill stations accurately during peak volume. Prep and assemble salads and cold line items efficiently. Hand-stretch and spin pizza dough to recipe specifications. Manage line expo, ensuring orders are complete, correctly cooked, and timed properly. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be available weekends. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on restaurant kitchen experience required. Prior experience with pizza spinning, grill/fryer work, and expo strongly preferred. Strong communication skills, speed, and a team-first attitude. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy stock items, and work in a fast-paced environment. High standards for food safety and personal cleanliness.

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
