Job Description
Job Overview As a Cupbop Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about providing great service. Pay starts at $13 per hour and tips are in addition. We have never averaged below $3 an hour in tips, and it is all shared tips. We will have additional bonuses available. Duties Prepare food items according to Cupbop recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, dining space, and all equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or a quick-service restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions are necessary. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
