Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are handled safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks Support bussing and food running duties to ensure timely service delivery Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely during food stocking and equipment movement Follow proper food handling procedures in accordance with food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Provide excellent in-person customer service by assisting guests with their needs and ensuring guest satisfaction Support restaurant operations during busy periods, including serving and guest services at the counter or tables Assist with banquet setups and catering support as needed Follow safe lifting practices to prevent injuries during heavy or bulky tasks Qualifications Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe practices Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in hospitality, banquet service, or guest services is advantageous Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
