Job Summary:
The Restaurant Crew Member is responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing and serving quality food, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant, and supporting the team with daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Prepare and serve food according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, counters, and equipment.
Restock food, beverages, and restaurant supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Work effectively with other crew members during busy periods.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
