As we launch our flagship Arlington location with active plans for multi-unit and regional expansion, we are currently building our core Back-of-House team and operational leadership for immediate placement. Open Positions & Roles Junior / Line Sushi Chef (Part-Time) : Roll prep, station setup, line support, and order execution. Hot Kitchen Line Chef (Full-Time) : Operate fryers, woks, grills, and hot-line stations with speed and consistency. Prep Cook / Fish Cutter (Part-Time) : Batch prep, cleaning/cutting fresh fish, ingredient portioning, and station restocking. Dishwasher & Utility Staff (Part-Time) : Dish pit operation, sanitation, equipment cleaning, and kitchen organization. Kitchen Helper (Part-Time) : Plate assembly support, station organization, trash removal, and line restocking.

Qualifications Experience:

1-3+ years of relevant experience preferred for Chef and Management positions. Entry-level candidates welcome for Helper and Prep roles!

Certifications:

Food Handler Card or ServSafe Manager Certification preferred (or willing to obtain within 30 days).

Skills:

Strong knife handling, high attention to kitchen safety/sanitation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and weekend availability. Benefits & Perks Competitive base pay + performance incentives.
