Job Description
Our Daily Bread Bakery & Bistro in Blacksburg, VA is searching for a Pastry Assistant. This is a full-time year-round position. Experience with pastry production is a plus Experience with cake decorating is a plus Includes production of mousses, macarons, icings, fillings, pastries, cakes, decoration Experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus Excellent attention to detail is required Ability to work quickly and accurately is required Ability to work from approximately 6am-2pm is required (actual hours may vary somewhat as needed) Hourly pay ranges with experience but all employees are included in a store-wide tip-share averaging $3.50 to $4.50 additional per hour.
Pay:
