General Kitchen / Utility / Dishwasher At Restaura , we believe every role in the kitchen contributes to something bigger. We're looking for a dependable General Kitchen / Utility team member who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and delivering a great dining experience for our residents. This is a hands-on role where you'll support the kitchen team through dishwashing, cleanliness, basic food prep, and receiving deliveries—helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently. What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dish area, and workspaces Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in a timely manner Assist with basic food prep as needed Support receiving and storing deliveries Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Flexible availability, including some weekends Preferred High school diploma or GED Previous dishwashing or kitchen utility experience (not required) Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods Lift/move up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active kitchen Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Restaura This isn't just a kitchen job— it's an opportunity to be part of a team that values hospitality, connection, and quality every day.
