Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part time Kitchen Brunch Lead to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, with experience in meal preparation and a commitment to food safety. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7AM-3
PM Pay:
Average tipped pay rate in 2025: $25/hour $16/hour plus an average of $10/hour in pooled tips amongst small team working Paid breaks and meal time

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality. Assist with meal preparation for special dietary needs as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and dishwashing heavily. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A passion for cooking and creating a world class hospitality experience. Flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed.
