Job Description
Job Overview Join our team this summer! We are looking for store staff and kitchen staff. Become a vital part of creating memorable experiences! This energetic role is perfect for individuals passionate about food service, eager to develop their culinary skills, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will support food preparation, ensure cleanliness, and assist in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Store Staff member, you will work as part of our retail team to help us serve delicious meals while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Support cooking processes under supervision, ensuring quality and presentation meet established guidelines Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of ingredients Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service Learn how to make ice cream and deliver excellent customer service to our customers. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Basic kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or food handling is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and serve guests Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to maintain a safe working environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and eagerness to grow within the culinary field are highly desirable.
