Cinn City is a small, family-run business that has grown a lot over the last four years, and we're excited to bring more people into our team. We're looking for friendly, caring, reliable people who take pride in their work, pay attention to the little details, and enjoy being part of a team. Every team member is cross-trained on our full operation. You'll learn everything from the register and churro making to fries, burger assembly, and working the grill. We don't believe in keeping people stuck at one station— we want everyone to understand how the whole operation works, to be comfortable jumping in wherever they're needed, and help each other through busy periods. More than anything, we're looking for people who care: about the food they're serving, the people they're working with, and the guests who come through our doors. Pay Base wage is $5.00/hour plus tips. Team members are guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour. Schedule This is a part-time position at our Madison Public Market location. Full-time will be available as the hours of the Market expand.

Closed Reliable availability is important to us. Because we're a small team, everyone genuinely depends on each other. Showing up on time, communicating early when something comes up, and reliably working your scheduled shifts are essential parts of this position. Responsibilities As a Crew Member, you'll be trained throughout the restaurant and may: Welcome guests and provide genuinely friendly, helpful service Take orders and operate the register Prepare and cook fries Assemble sandwiches and orders accurately and consistently Work the grill and other kitchen stations Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized Pay attention to presentation and the small details that make our food consistently great Jump into other stations and support teammates during busy periods Learn and understand the full Cinn City operation rather than working exclusively in one position Communicate clearly with teammates and contribute to a positive working environment What We're Looking For We're especially interested in people who are: Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable working with all kinds of people Caring and considerate toward both guests and coworkers Reliable, punctual, and communicative Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment Detail-oriented and proud of putting out a consistent, high-quality product Willing to learn every station and help wherever they're needed Able to take direction and feedback Team-oriented and willing to step in when someone needs help Physical Requirements Team members should be able to: Remain standing and moving for the majority of a shift Work safely around hot grills, fryers, and other commercial kitchen equipment Bend, reach, and perform repetitive kitchen tasks Lift and carry restaurant supplies and equipment as needed Work comfortably in a busy kitchen environment Our Workplace Cinn City is an inclusive and accepting workplace.
