Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to ensure a positive dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments via POS systems including OpenTable for reservations Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining environment Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort Assist with host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing waitlists Experience Previous restaurant experience in a full-service or fine dining setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous Demonstrated ability in food service, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cashiering and cash handling Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding service!
