Job Description

Collins Pool Management is now seeking full-time and part-time

SEASONAL

pool monitors to join our summer team. (Must be able to easily commute) This job is for you if you enjoy spending time outside, being by the water, and working with the community. Our requirements are simple and straightforward : 1) Neat and clean appearance 2) Customer Service skills 3) Positive Attitude 4) Reliable transportation 5) Willing to clean public restrooms Monitors are responsible for checking to make sure residents have access to the facility, checking them in, keeping the pool deck clean, organized and free of any trash. They are also responsible for stocking and cleaning the restrooms, checking the water chemical balance (we will teach you), filling out daily logs and cleaning pool tiles. Monitors also enforce the rules each facility has in place to create a safe pool environment. As a pool monitor, you have the opportunity to get to know the entire neighborhood and make a positive impact. Something as small as a smile or a kind gesture goes a long way!
