Compensation and Benefits:

Essential Job Functions:

Actively monitor pool areas to maintain a safe environment for members and guests React swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations Ensure strict and consistent enforcement of all pool rules and regulations Maintain cleanliness of the aquatic facilities including locker rooms Perform other tasks as directed by the

Aquatics Director or Supervisor Requirements:

Must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification or equivalent Ability to work in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Availability for shifts during mornings/evenings, weekdays/weekends, and major summer holidays Commitment to attend 80% of all paid in-service trainings Must be able to successfully pass an in water skills test Obtain a work permit from the Georgia Dept. of Labor if under the age of 16

Schedule:
