Part-Time | Weekend Only (Saturdays & Sundays Required) About the Role Bitterroot Bouncers is looking for high-energy, attentive Floor Safety Attendants for our weekend team! While our Front Desk handles check-ins, your primary focus is on the floor—ensuring children play safely, rules are followed, and party areas and bounce rooms stay clean and organized during our busiest hours. Think of this as court monitoring for bouncers: keeping the play zone safe, active, clean, and fun!

Schedule & Availability Weekend Only Position:

Friday afternoon/evening, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Must have reliable weekend availability to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities Active Supervision:

Monitor inflatable bounce zones, ensuring safe play and age-appropriate behavior.

Cleaning & Sanitization:

Regularly clean and sanitize the play area, inflatable equipment, high-touch surfaces, and party rooms between event sessions.

Party Room Prep:

Reset, clean, and prepare party rooms quickly so they are fresh and ready for arriving birthday groups.

Rule Enforcement:

Gently and encouragingly enforce safety guidelines with children and parents.

Guest Assistance:

Help kids navigate equipment safely and respond quickly to minor bumps or scrapes. Qualifications High-energy, positive attitude with a passion for working around kids and families. Strong observation skills and the ability to stay alert in a busy, loud environment. Willingness to jump in on hands-on cleaning tasks to keep the facility spotless. Excellent communication skills—able to talk to kids and parents with friendliness and authority. CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire).
