What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities As a Lifeguard at B2 Bistro + Bar Bayville, your primary focus will be ensuring the safety and well-being of all our guests enjoying the water.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring pool and surrounding areas to ensure a safe environment at all times. Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or situations requiring assistance. Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a secure and enjoyable atmosphere. Conducting routine checks of pool equipment and water quality to ensure everything is in top condition. Providing exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions and assisting when needed.

What We're Looking For:

Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of lifeguarding experience —your expertise will help keep our guests safe. Current lifeguard certification (Red Cross or equivalent). Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A proactive and observant nature to identify potential risks before they arise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. Why Join Us?
