Nick Pool Management Co., Inc. is hiring certified lifeguards for a private outdoor pool in Union, NJ. We're looking for dependable, friendly lifeguards who are available from mid-August through Labor Day (September 7) . This is a great opportunity to earn extra income before the summer ends with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. The higher starting pay may be available for experienced lifeguards with excellent availability. Pay $17
- 20 per hour , based on experience, availability, and certification.
Schedule Mid-August through September 7 Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling Weekend availability preferred Responsibilities Supervise swimmers and maintain a safe pool environment Enforce community pool rules professionally and respectfully Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care when needed Perform routine water testing and complete daily logs Keep the pool deck clean, organized, and welcoming Provide friendly, professional service to residents and guests Requirements Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification CPR certification alone is not sufficient Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Professional, positive attitude Why Work With Us?
