Lifeguard Highpoint Fitness is a member-focused facility dedicated to making our members feel comfortable, valued, and inspired. We are looking now for high-energy individuals with a passion for helping people to join our Lifeguard and Swim Instruction teams. Prior experience a plus. These positions include a free membership to Highpoint Fitness.

Job Responsibilities:

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring a safe swimming environment for all by enforcing facility rules and regulations within the pool and surrounding area. Maintaining a safe swimming/aquatic environment Checking /maintaining pool chemicals, levels and record-keeping Enforcing rules and policies of the pool and surrounding areas Vacuuming and basic pool upkeep In addition to rule enforcement, lifeguards are responsible for chemical maintenance, record-keeping, inspecting the facility on a daily basis and reporting any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to management.

Job Requirements:

Lifeguarding/First Aid certification• CPR/AED certifications Minimum age: 15 PA Clearances •We can help you obtain your certifications.
