In this energetic role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining inflatable bounce houses and obstacle courses to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for children and families. Your keen attention to detail, proactive safety measures, and excellent customer service skills will help create memorable moments while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and security standards. Duties Set up and secure bounce house inflatables according to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring proper anchoring and stability before each use Monitor inflatables continuously during operation, overseeing participant activity to prevent accidents or misuse Conduct routine inspections of equipment for wear, damage, or safety hazards, performing necessary repairs or notifying maintenance staff promptly Enforce safety rules and capacity limits, managing crowd control and ensuring responsible behavior among participants Respond swiftly to emergency situations by executing emergency response procedures such as evacuation or first aid when needed Assist with the collection and storage of equipment after events, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage protocols are followed Skills - preferred Strong surveillance skills to monitor inflatables and surrounding areas effectively during operations Knowledge of emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, and incident report writing Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of inflatables and equipment safely Experience with access control systems and patrolling to ensure only authorized participants are on the inflatables Excellent customer service skills to engage with children, parents, and event attendees positively and professionally Conflict de-escalation techniques to manage unruly behavior or disputes calmly and effectively Familiarity with security protocols including CCTV monitoring, incident management, conflict management, and compliance with safety regulations This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in lively environments while prioritizing safety.
