About Us:

Kids First Swim School is dedicated to teaching children the skills and confidence they need to be safe in and around the water. Our team creates a positive, fun, and supportive environment where swimmers of all ages can learn and grow. We are currently looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers and staff Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations Assist swim instructors and staff when needed Keep the pool deck organized and safe Communicate professionally with staff, parents, and swimmers

Requirements:

Current Lifeguard Certification (required) CPR/AED and First Aid Certification Strong attention to safety and detail Positive attitude and ability to work with children Reliable and responsible team player

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with children Previous lifeguarding or aquatic experience
