Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols. Monitor participants during classes to ensure safety and provide modifications as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workout space while ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and program design to enhance client experience. Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
