Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization across various rooms and surfaces Execute specialized floor care such as carpet cleaning, polishing hardwoods, and tile maintenance to keep floors looking their best Making beds as needed Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are maintained in excellent condition Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for both clients and team members Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Experience with carpet cleaning, laundry services, and general custodial tasks preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively Nice-to-have skills include hotel housekeeping experience, cooking skills for special client requests, or prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles Join us as a Residential Cleaning Technician and be part of a lively team dedicated to transforming homes into pristine sanctuaries!
