This is house cleaning, not office or janitorial work. We care about the details, showing up when you say you will, and making customers feel comfortable in their homes. Pay $19-24 per hour equivalent, paid per clean based on experience. Deep cleans, move-outs, larger homes and add-on services pay a higher per-job rate, quoted before the job. Rest breaks, non-cleaning work time, minimum-wage floor and overtime are paid separately under California piece-rate law. Schedule We're not promising a full-time schedule or set weekly hours yet. Selection includes an interview and a paid test clean. What you'll do

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Review each home's scope and complete the agreed checklist
• Use products safely
• Communicate clearly and check the finished clean
• Travel reliably to homes in Anaheim and nearby areas What we're looking for
• 6+ months paid residential cleaning experience (2 years preferred; cleaning your own home or commercial-only doesn't count)
• Reliable transportation and a phone
• Safe cleaning knowledge and clear communication
• Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 20 lbs, with reasonable accommodation
