The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas while maintaining our hotel's cleanliness and quality standards. The goal is to provide an excellent guest experience by ensuring every room is clean, organized, and ready for arrival. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and designated hotel areas according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors Check guest rooms for cleanliness, damage, maintenance issues, and missing items Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or unusual conditions to management promptly Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked with towels, toiletries, coffee, and other supplies Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized condition Follow daily room assignments and complete assigned rooms within established time standards Respond courteously and professionally to reasonable guest requests and concerns Turn in and properly handle lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding guest privacy, security, safety, and cleanliness Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude toward guests and coworkers Assist with cleaning public areas and other reasonable housekeeping duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but training will be provided to qualified candidates Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Dependable, punctual, and motivated Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift Professional and friendly customer-service attitude Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors Basic understanding of English preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work .
