Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas Conduct floor care activities such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of sanitation Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote guest safety and hygiene Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs Respond promptly to guest requests or special cleaning instructions with professionalism and efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation, and laundry processes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks effectively Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus but not required Valid experience in carpet cleaning or custodial roles enhances your application Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality!
