Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, and public areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve the quality of carpets and hard floors. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to keep spaces fully equipped. Respond promptly to guest or resident requests related to housekeeping needs with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and general custodial duties to uphold cleanliness throughout the facility. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard flooring surfaces. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests or residents. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety standards in hospitality or healthcare settings. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus. Competence in using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools.
