Duties Follow established housekeeping schedules, checklists, and service standards. Maintain all interior living spaces in a clean, organized, and presentable condition. Perform daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing throughout the residence. Care for fine furnishings, artwork, flooring, fixtures, linens, wardrobes, and household belongings. Make beds, change linens, and maintain guest rooms to hospitality-level standards. Organize closets, storage areas, and dressing rooms. Assist with wardrobe care, including steaming, pressing, packing, and unpacking. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including care of dishes, cookware, silver, and specialty serving pieces. Monitor household inventory and communicate replenishment needs for supplies and household essentials. Assist with special projects, events, and household preparations as requested. Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers to maintain estate standards. Report maintenance concerns, damages, safety issues, and inventory shortages promptly. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the position Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, including housekeeper management or similar roles within private estates or luxury residences. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, surface care, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with various cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and discretion.
