Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a spotless appearance. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Execute specialized cleaning tasks like carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, and window washing to enhance overall cleanliness. Manage kitchen-related duties including light cooking assistance when required and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen appliances and surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for all occupants. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or similar hospitality roles is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices is essential. Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel environments will help you excel in this role.
