Job Overview Seeking a couple willing to live onsite our beautiful RV and motel park in Howard CO. Looking for a couple with maintenance and housekeeping skills. Will be asked to perform maintenance tasks along with cleaning of rooms upon checkout. Join our vibrant team as a Camp Host and housekeeper where you will be the welcoming face and friendly guide for our outdoor guests. This dynamic role combines hospitality, customer service, and operational support to ensure visitors enjoy a memorable and seamless experience. As a Camp Host, you will manage guest relations, oversee site maintenance, and coordinate reservations, fostering a safe and inviting environment in a beautiful outdoor setting. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and lasting memories. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about the campsite facilities and local attractions Clean units upon departure Wash and fold all linens from guest rooms Keep laundry facility stocked and tidy Communicate well with other team members via slack and messaging Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accurate booking and check-in/check-out processes Maintain cleanliness of common areas, campsites, and facilities through regular cleaning routines Assist with manual handling tasks such as setting up campsites or moving equipment safely and efficiently Enforce safety protocols by conducting regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards including first aid readiness and CPR certification Requirements Proven experience in hospitality, food service, hotel operations, or resort environments is highly desirable Cleaning background preferred but not necessary Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations professionally and positively Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining physical stamina for long shifts outdoors Experience with cleaning routines, resort operations, or hotel front desk duties is advantageous Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Camp Host where your energy fuels memorable outdoor experiences!
