Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with proper manual handling techniques Manage outdoor work responsibilities like trash removal, outdoor surface cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness of exterior spaces Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring client satisfaction Follow safety protocols related to heavy lifting, use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment handling to prevent accidents or injuries Document completed tasks accurately in reports or logs as required by management Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment for effective cleaning results Experience managing time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes in fast-paced settings Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor surfaces Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration are essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision is required Join us as a Cleaning Professional where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
