Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Clean floors using specialized floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and maintenance of various flooring surfaces. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper manual handling practices for heavy lifting or moving furniture. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout each visit. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, detergents, and safety protocols related to sanitation procedures.
