Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and residents' clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards Use cleaning detergents and supplies responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment when necessary Communicate professionally with residents regarding their cleaning needs or special requests Conduct outdoor work as needed to maintain building entrances, walkways, and surrounding areas Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning and housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and scrubbers Ability to implement sanitation standards consistently across all areas Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members in both English and Spanish Skilled in dusting, surface sanitation, laundry processes, and outdoor maintenance tasks Capable of heavy lifting safely while managing manual handling responsibilities Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus Join us today to help create pristine living spaces that residents love!
