Part-Time Housekeeper We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented part-time housekeeper to help maintain our small, well-maintained vacation rental property. Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment and a high-quality vacation experience. This position is well suited for an individual who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, works efficiently and independently, and is available on short notice between guest stays. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest accommodations following each guest departure. Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated areas. Change, launder, fold, and properly store bed linens, towels, rugs, and other applicable linens. Restock guest amenities, cleaning products, and household supplies as needed. Inspect accommodations for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns and promptly report any issues to management. Ensure each accommodation is fully prepared and guest-ready prior to the scheduled check-in time. Follow established cleaning checklists, procedures, and property standards. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while working on the property. Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail and guest-ready presentation. Follow all applicable safety procedures and property policies. Qualifications & Requirements Previous professional housekeeping experience is required, preferably in vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality environments. Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to cleanliness and quality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage time between guest stays. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required. Punctuality and the ability to meet established cleaning deadlines are essential. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as vacation rental turnover schedules may vary. Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, standing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Ability to communicate professionally with management and promptly report issues or concerns.
