A1A Home Cleaning, LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Independent Contract Cleaner to provide residential cleaning services in the Nocatee/CR-210 area on a per-job basis. This is 1099 contract work — you're paid a flat rate per completed job (based on home size and service type), not hourly. A desired completion timeline will be disclosed to you before every job, and you set your own pace to get quality results within that window. You'll bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas within the residence. Complete a variety of clean types as assigned, including regular cleans, deep cleans, move in/out cleans, and Airbnb check-in/check-out turnovers. Deep clean bathrooms and kitchens to a consistent, high standard. Perform occasional light laundry tasks as requested by the client, including washing, drying, and folding. Communicate professionally and directly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service. Complete each job within the desired timeline disclosed to you in advance, while maintaining quality standards. Take photos after each job, ensuring quality assurance. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Own reliable cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, all-purpose and glass cleaners, microfiber cloths, etc.). Reliable transportation to job sites in the Nocatee/CR-210/Ponte Vedra area. Excellent time management skills to complete jobs efficiently within the disclosed timeline. Comfortable working with quick-turnaround jobs (such as Airbnb turnovers) as well as standard residential cleans. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Pay:

Flat rate per job based on home size and clean type — no hourly clock-in required.

$18.00 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 40.0 per week
