Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using commercial cleaning techniques and equipment. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, and managing waste disposal efficiently. Execute specialized floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and performing carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine. Provide excellent customer service by addressing homeowners' specific requests promptly and professionally while maintaining discretion and respect for privacy. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation procedures, floor care methods, and carpet cleaning techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling comfortably. Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous; certifications in housekeeper management or related fields are a bonus.
