Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of hospitality. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will directly enhance the guest experience, making their stay memorable and enjoyable. Duties Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to meet guest needs and maintain comfort standards Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms by sweeping, mopping, and dusting Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene standards and environmental sustainability practices Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work within commercial or hospitality environments Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough cleaning services Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes Good communication skills for reporting maintenance issues or guest requests clearly and promptly Knowledge of custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals, including proper safety handling procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
