Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to maintain spotless environments. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or supplies safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their expectations are exceeded during each visit. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning products, detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor furniture. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or residential housekeeping practices enhances your versatility in this role.
