We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper . This position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest accommodations and common areas. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while supporting a positive guest experience in a lodge or resort setting. Mountain Village Resort in Stanley, Idaho operates a 61-room Lodge, RV park, Restaurant, Saloon, Dance Hall, Mercantile, Gas & Service Station and many rental properties. Selected individual(s) must be willing to relocate to Stanley, ID.

Year-Round, Full-Time Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, cabins, and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, lounges, and dining areas Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, or safety concerns and report them promptly Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Follow established cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal turnover as needed Work collaboratively with front desk, maintenance, and management staff Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules Must be drug free.
