Housekeeper/Laundry Duties:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas of the hotel
• Change bed linens, towels, and other guest room amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
