Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Manage clean linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and cleaning chemicals. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Skills Proficient in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing various surfaces. Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Experience in custodial work with knowledge of effective cleaning methods and equipment. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in hotel or residential settings is a plus. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and efficiently. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Schedule This is a part-time position M,W, F 6am-2:30pm with the possibility of full-time in the future with rotating weekends. Vacation coverage as needed, so may require some weekends.
