Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that spaces are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing household chores efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests and the smooth operation of the business. Duties Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain a pristine environment. Implement proper sanitation procedures across all areas, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing towels and linens with care. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to enhance cleaning efficiency. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, and outdoor surface maintenance when required. Communicate professionally with guests regarding their specific needs or special instructions to ensure complete satisfaction. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling daily chores. Move furniture safely during deep cleaning while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment confidently and safely. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Clear communication skills for guest interaction. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling procedures for all chemicals used.
