Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our adult community. The Housekeeper will ensure that areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized, providing a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard floors. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
